It was great to see so many 5th through 8th graders at the Youth Ministry Fair last month and hope those who attened enjoyed learning about the Altar Servers, Breakfast/Midnight Run, Youth Music and Youth Group.  Will you BE BOLD?

God has called each of you by name and the world awaits your answer. He’s got a plan for you – just for you – because He loves you. If you listen, he’s going to let you know how you can serve Him and others throughout your life. Whatever you’ve got going on, God’s on it!

God calls us to Be Bold. What does that look like? Come to New York Catholic Youth Day, where more than 1,500 students like you are figuring it out – together. We’ll have music, talks, Mass and time to hang out. Bring friends and meet new ones. Our theme, BE BOLD, is inspired by Pope Francis' message for the 2018 World Youth Day.
 “Do not be afraid, Mary, because you have found favor with God.” (Lk 1:30)
Will you BE BOLD and say yes to God like Mary did? She was a teenager, she was scared and she knew people wouldn’t understand her path. Sound familiar?
 
Who’s invited to NYCYD?
If you’re a high school student, you’re invited!
 
What will the day be like?
It will be awesome! You’ll be with over 1,500 young people who have a lot of the same experiences that you do. We’ll have music, speakers, Mass and opportunities to chill out and talk. 

When is it?
October 20th, 2018. Registration opens at 8:00am and the programming for the day will begin at 9:00. We will end with Mass celebrated by His Eminence Cardinal Dolan at 5:00 pm.

How much does it cost?
Register by August 15 and pay only $20 per person. (Early bird registration rate requires payment by August 20.)
 
Registration fee includes t-shirt, bag and lunch:
June 1 - August 15: $20 -- Early Bird Registration! (Extended to August 24, Don't Delay!)
August 16 - September 21: $25
September 22 - October 6: $35
Registration closes October 6th
